I am a mother of 3, but my gals are still too young to give me surprises for this special day. However, I would wish all mothers a Very belated Happy Mothers’ Day!
This Mothers’ Day, I did 9 pcs of cupcakes and 1 mango mousse cake for my friend’s mother and my own mother.
Personally, I love the cupcakes. They are so lovely and the colours were so vibrant in my opinion. If I have a chance to do it again, I’m sure I will be able to do even better!

As for the mango mousse cake, I did this for my own mother, it’s not very nice or fantastic, but since she don’t like to eat sweet cakes, she loves sponge cake, I had thought of doing this mousse cake for her. Though it’s not very nice on the outlook and design, but it’s taste was very nice! Not so sweet and yet full of mango fragrance. (Picture not available yet)
