My friend is an triathlon athlete, on his birthday, which was 12 days after mine, I made him a Triathlon cake. The cake was madeira cake covered with fondant.

Hope my friend had enjoyed this cake.

Lately, I’ve been busy with a little venture of mine.

Often the time, I find myself travelling all over Singapore to buy the things I need for baking or decorating a cake and I can go from West to East. Sometimes, there are tools which I’ve seen but rare in Singapore. Hence, in order to satisfied my own buying needs, I set up an online store with my friend and named in Baker’s Dreams.

Baker’s Dreams, a place where a baker dreams to have, a place where the baker can find all the special tools and niche products. Even some common products so that everything can be under one roof. Best of all, we do postage and delivery at a nominal charges. Meet ups are possible as well.

Happy Father’s Day!

This weekend is Father’s Day! It coincide with my Father-In-Law’s birthday. As Blackforest is my hubby’s family favourite, I did it again.

Blackforest cake:

The flowers were piped by me with freshcream. Personally, I feel it’s not a bad being that it was self learn However, I think it’s a bit not quite suitable for a father who is a man. Nevertheless, I hope he like this cake.

Naughty Cake

This is the first time I did a naughty cake. This cake was for my hubby’s boss. He was 50+, as I had been very tempted to do a naughty cake, my hubby suggested this cake for his boss. As his boss is able to take such shock, so I went ahead to do it.

 

This is a 12″ Black Forest cake. Hope the Birthday Man like it!
