I have always love the No-nuts Chocolate chips cookies from Famous Amos, but I had never found a recipe which was similar to the texture of that. Crunchy and fragrance. Until one day, I stumped across the King Arthurs Flour Cookies Companion from the library and there are plenty of cookies recipes in it. I saw the crunchy chocolate chips cookies and decided to try on it. These were before baking:
Although they were abit flat after baking, but the taste and crunchiness were there…really wonderful and happy to have found this recipe!
